Step 1: Send us your contact details and preferred password using the following 'Escort Registration Form' & agree to the Terms & Conditions:

Male Escort Directory acts as a legitimate third party introduction service (hereby referred to as the "Service") for male escorts who request to be included in the "Directory" escort database.

This agreement is hereby made between Male Escort Directory (hereby referred to as the "Directory") and individual whose name appears on the 'Escort Registration Form' submitted on www.male-escort-directory.co.uk/register_as_an_escort.php (hereby referred to as the the "Registered Escort") so using the "Service" through the website or any other medium .
		   
The following is agreed:

1. The "Registered Escort" must update the information submitted on the 'Escort Registration Form' and input via the 'Edit Profile' system via e-mail to 'enquiries@male-escort-directory.co.uk or using 'Edit Profile' system or notify the "Directory" of any changes immediately. Changes may include any relevant information that the "Directory" requires in order to supply the "Service". Failure to comply with this may affect the ability of the "Directory" in providing the "Registered Escort" with potential clients. The "Directory" will accept no responsibility for loss of earnings through failure to comply with the above.

2. The "Directory" aims to give the "Registered Escort" a complete and authorised service at all times. The "Directory" also decree not to divulge the "Registered Escort" personal details or any information held with any third party except for the details required for potential clients. Information given by the "Registered Escort" on the registration form will remain in the strictest confidence with the "Directory".

3. Once the 'Escort Registration Form' has been submitted, to the "Directory", the "Registered Escort" has the right to terminate their listing with the "Directory" at any time. The "Registered Escort" must do so by email, stating that they wish to terminate their agreement with the "Directory" and the "Directory" will then remove the escorts listing from the database.

4. From the date of acceptance by the "Directory", this agreement shall come into full affect and shall continue unless terminated by either party. "The Registered Escort" listing may remain on the directory after the period paid for by "The Registered Escort" and it is "The Registered Escort's" responsibility to request that the directory listing be removed.

5. The "Directory" shall be entitled to make such alterations, enhancements, improvements or developments of or to the specifications of the "Service" and "Directory" as it may deem reasonable, but shall give the "Registered Escort" reasonable notice of these changes prior to implementing if these changes directly affect the "Registered Escort".

6. A "Registered Escort" who terminates their membership either by request or through failing to pay payments on time, will be required to re-register with the "Directory" before reinstatement on the active database can recommence.

7. The "Registered Escort" will endeavor to always conduct themselves in a professional manner deemed to be both reasonable and sensible and undertakes not to use the "Service" in such an approach as to constitute a violation or infringement of the rights of any third party.

8. The "Directory" acts solely as a third party. The "Directory" will advertise the Service to potential clients who will contact any chosen "Registered Escort" directly.

9. The "Directory" will hold the "Registered Escort" solely responsible for their own declaration of tax and national insurance contributions. The "Directory" will not be responsible nor bear any authorisation of informing the relevant governing bodies or their agents.

10. The Registered Escort will be working on a self-employed basis only. "The Directory" will not deduct any commissions from their earnings, except membership payments as agreed. This can be cancelled at any time using the procedures previously detailed in point 3.

11. This Agreement between the parties does not and shall not be deemed to create a partnership or employer and employee relationships.

12. The "Directory" cannot be held responsible for any aspect of any incident in any form whatsoever that occurs with a "Registered Escort", client or both.

13. Actual earnings potential will vary on an individual "Registered Escort" basis and the "Directory" cannot be held responsible for earning levels.

14. The "Directory" cannot guarantee the amount of contacts or work, regular or otherwise, that it is able to supply to each "Registered Escort". Earnings potential and popularity amongst clients will depend solely on the individual "Registered Escort".

15. The charges made to the "Registered Escort" will be a 6 monthly registration fee of $45 on application to the Service, payable via the website. The "Directory" reserves the right to refuse any application and if this occurs will ensure that the membership fee is refunded or returned.

16. At no time may the "Registered Escort" assign or otherwise dispose of their rights against the "Directory" under this agreement.

17. The "Directory" cannot be held responsible for technical or equipment failure or failure of management or other causes beyond the "Directories" direct control that may prevent the "Directory" from providing the "Service".

18. For advice on these terms and conditions, you should contact relevant agencies such as your local citizen's advice bureau.

19. Personal insurance should be obtained by "Registered Escort", at their own expense, to cover such eventualities as medical conditions, loss of earnings, healthcare and any other factors resulting from work obtained through the "Directory", as the "Directory" cannot accept responsibility for any accidents, incidents or illnesses.

20. If the "Registered Escort" is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions, the "Directory" reserves the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect.

21. Neither party shall be liable to the other for any loss or damage which may be suffered by the other party due to any cause beyond the firsts party's reasonable control including, but not limited to, any act of God, inclement weather, failure or shortage of power supplies, flood, drought, lightning or fire, strike lockout, trade dispute or labour disturbance, the act of omission of government, highways authorities, or other competent authorities, war, military operation, or riot, difficulty or delay by third parties in provision of necessary supplies.

22. If any of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. This agreement and the conditions contained herein shall constitute the whole agreement between the "Directory" and the "Registered Escort" and no alteration hereto shall be valid unless made in writing or email and signed by both parties. This agreement shall be governed by the English Law of Great Britain and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

23. This agreement represents the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior understandings and representations, where written or oral and this agreement may only be modified if such modification is in writing and signed by the "Directory" and the "Registered Escort".

24. You are entitled to the submission of a single head & shoulder photograph, which should be e-mailed clearly identifying it is from yourself at the same time as completing the application form.

25. The "Directory" reserves the right to request alternative photos or escort names if it considers them to to be inappropriate to the service.

Step 2: Pay pay the $45 for a six month listing.
